What You’ll Do

• Proactively engage with prospective students in a metrics-driven, results-oriented environment
• Execute recruitment measures over the phone with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
• Provide a high-touch, supportive experience that encourages students to take the next step in their academic journey
• Collaborate with internal experts to address and resolve student queries effectively
• Continuously develop your knowledge to become a subject-matter expert in our processes and offerings

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, call center, recruitment, or student enrollment services
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations
• Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and driven to achieve both individual and team targets
• Tech-savvy with solid MS Office (Word & Excel) skills and a knack for learning new systems
