Job summary
A leading NGO in South Africa is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities and deliverables of the operations team. The manager will ensure compliance with standards necessary for effective toy library and early learning service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams in a non-profit or educational environment. Qualifications
- Experience in operations management within a non-profit or educational setting is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and deliverables of the operations team.
- Ensure compliance with the Programme Policy file for service delivery.
