This role is suited to a seasoned hospitality professional who thrives in an upmarket environment, leads with confidence, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing a high-performing front-of-house team.
Purpose of the Role: To oversee and manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, exceptional guest experiences, and alignment with the restaurant’s premium positioning, brand standards and commercial objectives.
