Minimum Requirements

1. LLB degree (BCom or LLM qualifications will be an advantage)
2. Admission as an attorney is required
3. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
4. Proficiency in Microsoft programs
5. Business knowledge is advantageous

Responsibilities

1. Draft and review commercial contracts, policies, and procedures
2. Provide expert consultation on labour law best practices, regulatory compliance, and basic dispute resolution
3. Develop and deliver training materials, and lead training sessions and presentations
