Job summary
A well-established manufacturing business in Mkondeni is seeking a temporary Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will manage full bookkeeping functions, handle payroll processing, and maintain debtor/creditor accounts. Strong communication and administrative skills are essential. - Manage full bookkeeping function including manufacturing.
- Oversee creditors and debtors management.
- Process payroll and handle statutory submissions.
- Assist with general office queries and incoming calls.
- Support factory shop sales with minimal activity.
- Process incoming sales orders and manage transport bookings.

- Full bookkeeping function, including manufacturing (currently using SAGE Evolution, transitioning to ODOO – prior ODOO experience not required)
- Managing creditors and debtors
- Payroll processing and statutory submissions
- Handling incoming calls and general office queries
- Assisting with factory shop sales (minimal activity)
- Processing incoming sales orders and booking 3rd‑party transport loads via online portal
- Proven bookkeeping and payroll experience
- Proficient in SAGE Evolution or similar accounting software
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
