- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Actuarial Science
- 3–5 years’ experience in data science, data warehousing, or modelling
- Insurance industry experience (Non-Life or Life) is essential
- Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning principles, and predictive modelling
- Fluency in Python, SQL, and R
- Experience with Azure, Spark, data modelling, and version control is beneficial
- Ability to analyse complex datasets and maintain high levels of data integrity
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate analytics into business impact
- Ability to self-organise, work independently, and collaborate across team
