  • Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning principles, and predictive modelling
  • Fluency in Python, SQL, and R
  • Experience with Azure, Spark, data modelling, and version control is beneficial
  • Ability to analyse complex datasets and maintain high levels of data integrity
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate analytics into business impact
  • Ability to self-organise, work independently, and collaborate across team
