The Role:

We need a tech-savvy, hands-on individual with an obsession for detail and a genuine care for people. This role is about the art of talent identification - finding and engaging with top-tier professionals to help our partners grow.

You will be an integral part of a lean, fast-moving group where "that’s not my job" isn't in our vocabulary. We provide full support and training, but we need someone who is already an exceptional communicator and a natural collaborator.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Utilising a modern ATS system, AI tools and digital platforms to uncover the "hidden" talent that others miss.
  • Crafting compelling, professional outreach to engage high-level specialists and bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
  • Maintaining a high bar for attention to detail within our modern talent ecosystems and workflows.
  • Staying flexible and jumping in to help the collective with whatever is required to secure a win.
  • Using strong written and verbal skills to manage professional relationships across all levels.
What You Need:
  • You have 3 - 5 years of experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments (ideally within smaller companies). You know how to triage priorities and stay calm when things move fast.
  • You have a proven track record of finding people and "connecting the dots".
  • We value life experience and the ability to solve real business problems over academic achievements.
  • You are comfortable with high-tech tools and focused on continuous improvement.
  • You find enjoyment in helping others succeed and have a natural drive to see things through to 100% completion.

The Logistics:

  • In-Person: This position is highly collaborative and requires in-person attendance to ensure team dynamic and effectiveness.
