Job description
PROVIDE A QUALITY SERVICE
  • Participate in the reception of products, consumables, laundry and PMH
  • Set up the bar, counter and decoration
  • Supplying distribution points and workstations during services
  • Participate in the animation of bars
  • Welcome and advise the GM on the choice of drinks
  • Take order from GMs or bartenders in the bar area
  • Prepare and serve consumption according to the technical specifications established in accordance with standards
  • Offer products for sale to GMs and propose actions aimed at increasing turnover
  • Collect payment for drinks sold and record sales
  • Ensure compliance with procedures (GO discounts, Club Med Talent, no alcohol for minors, etc.)
  • Contribute to the atmosphere of bar and participate in events organized by the team
  • Report any dysfunction
CARRY OUT THE CLEANING
  • Respect the schedule and apply the cleaning process
  • Perform the dishwashing
  • Clean the furniture in the room, counter and the office before, during and after the services
  • Maintain and clean his workstation and the equipment used and drinks self‑service stations as well as the storage rooms
COMPLY WITH HEALTH AND SAFETY STANDARDS
  • Comply with H.A.C.C.P. method and the hygiene and safety rules of the Bar
  • Respect the rules of personal hygiene and clothing
  • Make sure that unaccompanied minors do not consume alcohol
  • Ensure that unfinished alcoholic beverages are systematically collected and cleared from the tables
  • Make sure that unfinished bottles of alcohol are cleared and secured in a place not accessible to customers
  • Respect the resort’s waste management rules (sorting, collection…)
  • Limit electricity and water consumption
  • Respect the service’s rules for dangerous products management (storage, protection equipment…)
