Job summary
An international software and cybersecurity company is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations in a fully remote capacity. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years' experience in finance, proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, and strong financial analysis skills. The role offers flexibility and requires independent management of deadlines while coordinating with external accountants for tax and audit processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting operations including AP, AR, expenses, and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Perform financial analysis and budget vs actual reporting.
- Coordinate with external accountants on tax, audit, and month-end close.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys combining accurate financial control with analysis and operational responsibility in a remote environment.
- Manage accounting operations including AP, AR, expenses, and reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Perform financial analysis and budget vs actual reporting
- Coordinate with external accountants on tax, audit, and month‑end close
- 5+ years' experience in accounting or finance operations
- Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks
- Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Fully remote
- Company hours roughly 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM US time (flexible)
