The CFO + Analyst model combines strategic client-facing work with deep financial analysis. It creates value for clients and supports sustainable scaling. We believe in servant leadership, collaboration, and using AI to make our work smarter and faster.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial data, models, and reports (e.g., 13-week cash flow)
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc FP&A analysis
• Conduct variance analysis, KPIs, and identify financial trends
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate asynchronously with CFO partners, documenting workflows and findings
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and AI automation
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk awareness in financial reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial analysis / FP&A experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Excel/Google Sheets expert-level proficiency
• Experience working remotely for an international/US-based business and asynchronously
• Strong interest in using AI to amplify your effectiveness
• Strong communication skills in English
• Brownie points for: system architecture or data engineering mindset, experience with $5M-50M revenue companies, Power BI/Tableau or similar, AI/data automation exposure, CPA/CFA/MBA, prior support for fractional CFOs or startups/SMBs

Working Hours

This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) with required overlap from 6am - 2pm EST to align with our US-based CFOs.
