A leading consultancy is seeking a disciplined, self-motivated, and confident Junior B-BBEE Consultant to join their Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of B-BBEE legislation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients to achieve set goals
Document, analyse, and interpret required information and data
Successfully manage multiple client accounts concurrently
Drive project processes to meet targets and client expectations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with the Delivery team and management to deliver optimal solutions
Monitor market trends to support development and improvement of services
Stay informed of current and new legislation within the B-BBEE industry
Market the company’s services and source new clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident, outgoing, and professional
Able to adapt to change and work well under pressure
Strong presentation and business writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced level preferred)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Strong client relationship management skills
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data
High-level project management capabilities
Comfortable with marketing and sourcing new business
Basic knowledge of B-BBEE legislation is advantageous
A Degree or Diploma in one of the following fields is required:
Finance
Mathematics
Statistics
Law
