You help keep everything moving. Schedules. Travel. Messages. Priorities. Chaos.

Seen TV is a decolonial media company telling the stories mainstream media ignores. Yusuf Omar is the co‑founder and on‑camera face of the organisation, working across journalism, filmmaking, speaking, partnerships, and global travel. The pace is fast. The stakes are high.

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who is calm, sharp, organised, and proactive.

What you’ll do
  • Own Yusuf’s calendar. Protect focus. Manage competing priorities.
  • Handle travel logistics across countries and time zones. Flights, visas, accommodation, schedules.
  • Manage inboxes and messages. Flag what matters. Kill what doesn’t.
  • Be the connective tissue between Yusuf and the team. Follow composites. Close loops.
  • Anticipate problems before they happen and solve them quietly.
  • Keep systems tidy. Docs, contacts, notes, reminders.
  • Help with light research, coordination, and logistics as pikeun.
