Key Responsibilities
- Champion the promotion and distribution of securities, asset management, and complementary wealth solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, financial advisers, and retail investors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and client insights.
- Design and implement regional sales strategies to grow market share and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders marketing, product development, and leadership to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Host client presentations, workshops, and events to deepen engagement and showcase offerings.
- Provide strategic input into product innovation to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
- Develop and execute client experience strategies that drive satisfaction and sales performance.
- Support marketing campaigns and cross-sell complementary financial products.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives alongside divisional leadership.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking via CRM systems.
- Deliver insightful management reports to leadership on performance and market trends.
Minimum requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning, business development, or relationship management within wealth management or financial services.
- Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree.
- CFA or CFP designation is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in IFA distribution and client acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
- Client-centric with exceptional service orientation and professional etiquette.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market dynamics.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for growth.
