Are you a skilled 3D Designer with a flair for creating standout branded retail experiences? Our client, a leading creative agency in Cape Town Northern Suburbs, is looking for a Mid-Weight 3D Visualisation Designer to join their growing team.

You will work on high-profile projects for major brands, collaborating closely with creative and strategy teams from concept to final handover.

With your 3D Studio Max expertise, you can make a significant impact in the world of experiential and branded retail design.

Requirements:

• Matric with relevant tertiary qualifications
• Fluency in 3D Studio Max is non-negotiable unless you are highly proficient in another professional workflow
• Proven experience in 3D design, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical strength and attention to detail
• Strong background in branded retail experiences
• Ability to create both photorealistic renderings and quick-turnaround concept visuals
• A keen eye for detail, scale and materiality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment driven by client requirements
• Ability to collaborate within a team setting while also taking ownership of projects
• Experience designing for branded retail environments advantageous
• Animation/motion capability for client presentations advantageous (basic flythroughs or camera animations)
• Understanding of production processes and materials advantageous (acrylic, composites, wood, metal, fabrication methods)

Duties and Responsibilities::

• Collaborate with the Creative Director throughout the entire creative process, from initial brainstorm to final handover
• Translate strategic and creative direction into compelling 3D visualisations
• Contribute to conceptual development, design refinement and execution of visual solutions
• Ensure designs align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences
• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life in engaging and impactful ways
• Maintain high standards of quality, detail, and innovation across all deliverables
• Apply feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining creative integrity
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines and expectations
