A leading regional cancer centre in Singapore is looking for a strategic leader to transform clinic operations and ensure exceptional patient care. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations across seven specialty clinics, work closely with the Director of Clinic Operations, and lead a team of managers. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of operations management experience, with a strong focus on process improvements and service excellence. You will lead the transformation of our clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient care. This strategic leadership position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence across seven specialty clinics whilst optimising both patient experience and operational effectiveness.
Working closely with the Director of Clinic Operations, you'll oversee day-to-day specialist outpatient clinic operations, lead a team of clinic managers, and spearhead the implementation of innovative services and process improvements that make a real difference to patient outcomes.
