As Associate Director Market Access, Partner Business, you will be at the forefront of enabling patient access to innovative therapies through strategic pricing and market access solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with regional teams, other 3M functions (within Partner Business and International teams) and external partners to navigate complex healthcare systems and reimbursement landscapes. This is a unique opportunity to shape access strategies on a global scale, drive sustainable growth, and make a tangible impact for patients and partners alike. You will report to the Partner Business Management Lead.
