Job Description
Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, contracts and work order;
Handle sales inquiries to provide information on products or services;
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and database;
Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery of products or services;
Process customer orders accurately and timely, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete;
Follow up on outstanding PO and invoices;
Coordinate with Logistics team to ensure that stocks are available;
Maintain accurate and up to date customer records;
Assist with data entry and analysis to support sales forecasting and planning;
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve billing issues and facilitate prompt payment;
Support the Sales Team with miscellaneous tasks;
Provide administrative support to manage calendar and schedule appointments.
Requirements
ITE/Diploma in IT/Engineering or related field is preferred;
1-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the construction/Engineering/IT industry;
Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
