Why join Heidi Health?

🎓 A generous personal development budget of $500 per annum

🧠 Learn from some of the best engineers and creatives, joining a diverse team

🌏 The rare chance to create a global impact as you immerse yourself in one of Asia’s leading healthtech startups

🚀 If you have an impact quickly, the opportunity to fast track your startup career!

🩺 Help us reimagine primary care and change the face of healthcare in Asia and around the world.

About Your Role

As the Field Marketing Specialist with Heidi you operate as the boots-on-the-ground across Asia-Pacific, making sure every Heidi touchpoint lands. You'll run end-to-end event execution - from major conferences (booth design, logistics, merch, lead management) to Heidi-owned experiences like dinners and roadshows. You'll also create and localise event materials, presentations, and case studies that actually resonate in each market, working closely with Product Marketing, Partnerships, and APAC leadership.

Beyond execution, you'll keep your finger on the pulse - spotting opportunities, tracking what's happening across the region, and feeding insights back to commercial and leadership teams. Based in Singapore, you'll coordinate across Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to support regional campaigns, track ROI, and help us understand where and how Heidi should show up as we build across APAC.

What You’ll Do:
Event & conference support across Asia
  • End-to-end conference support across major Asian markets
  • Coordinate booth design, setup, teardown, and onsite logistics
  • Order, ship, and track merch and collateral
  • Manage event activations as/when relevant
  • Manage lead uploads, consolidating post-event insights
  • Budget tracking, procurement coordination, and ROI reporting
  • Ensure brand consistency while adapting thoughtfully to local contexts
Content & collateral development
  • Support creation of event materials, presentations, and talking points
  • Localise buyer guides, case studies, and product sheets
  • Assist with partnership announcements, PR moments, and regional marketing assets
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Partnerships, and APAC leadership to ensure content resonates with the diverse markets we serve
Heidi-hosted events
  • Support execution of Heidi dinners, roadshows, roundtables, and partner events
  • Coordinate venues, guests, suppliers, and vendors
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end experiences that feel premium, human, and distinctly “Heidi”
Market intelligence & opportunity spotting
  • Identify regional event opportunities, customer moments, and market trends
  • Recommend how Heidi should show up in each country in APAC
  • Help adapt global campaigns for Asia while maintaining brand integrity
  • Feed insights to commercial and leadership teams
Supporting regional campaigns
  • Assist with regional digital and field campaigns
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing
  • Track KPIs and contributing to quarterly and annual planning cycles
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of marketing experience - ideally field, events, or integrated marketing
  • Exceptional attention to detail - nothing slips past you
  • Creative yet grounded thinker - you generate ideas but know how to execute practically
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator - comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders externally as well as across teams, including Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership
  • Adaptability - ability to work across multiple cultures and business environments
  • Operational excellence - ability to manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and logistics
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - you can build processes where none exist yet
  • Strong brand intuition - you instinctively know what feels “on-brand”
Bonus superpowers (that make field marketers thrive at Heidi)
  • Experience running events or activations across multiple countries
  • A “founder mindset”: resourceful, proactive, willing to roll up sleeves
  • Strong analytical instincts: you care about metrics and demonstrable impact
  • Comfort asking questions, challenging assumptions, and suggesting alternatives
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and troubleshoot onsite issues
  • Ability to work at events outside standard hours (dinners, conferences, setup days)
  • Passion for creating memorable customer experiences
The Way We Work

1. Build to Last

We design for safety and reliability so clinicians, patients, and our teams can trust what we build every day.

2. Own Your Practice

Ideas rise on merit, not title, and everyone shares responsibility for the standards we set together.

3. Move Fast, Stay Steady

We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make.

4. Make Others Better

Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.

Who we are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

Heidi is dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive, and supportive work environment that brings people together from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Our strength is in our differences. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome all applicants as we're committed to promoting a culture of opportunity for all.
