Job Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Conduct industry and market research, formulate the company’s mid-to-long-term development strategy, set annual objectives, and determine business expansion directions.
  2. Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement, warehousing, and logistics processes; balance cost and quality to ensure efficient circulation of food ingredients.
  3. Quality & Safety Control: Establish end-to-end quality control standards to mitigate food safety risks.
  4. Sales & Operations: Develop and maintain client relationships, build a service system, and enhance customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
  5. Team Management: Build and lead the core team, define responsibilities, establish training and performance evaluation mechanisms, and foster a positive team culture.
  6. Financial Management: Prepare budgets, analyze financial data, control costs, and ensure stable cash flow.
  7. Risk Management: Address industry-related risks and ensure compliance in operations.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  3. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven track record of building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams, particularly those with deep hands-on experience in the China market and familiarity with its business environment, regulatory landscape, and commercialization dynamics.
  4. Hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, fleet management, and last‑mile delivery optimization.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities; capable of driving efficiency and cost reduction.
  6. Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  7. Familiarity with food safety standards and cold‑chain management is a strong plus.
