Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Air Export/Import Operations.

• Proven problem-solving capabilities within air freight logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of air import and export shipments.
• Review and process Air Waybills (AWB) accurately.
• Prepare export permit declarations and maintain effective communication with shippers.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of air import and export shipments.
• Review and process Air Waybills (AWB) accurately.
• Prepare export permit declarations and maintain effective communication with shippers, consignees, and airlines.
• Work closely with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Perform compliance checks for Dangerous Goods (DG) and Temperature-Controlled cargo.
• Monitor console cut-off times and cargo lodgment schedules to guarantee timely handling of urgent shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all import/export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, and cargo manifests.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in Air Export/Import Operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven problem‑solving capabilities within air freight logistics.
• In‑depth knowledge of air freight operations, including rating, booking, and customer service.
