Roles & Responsibilities
O2 Healthcare Group is seeking a proactive and creative marketing executive to support the planning and execution of marketing and business development activities across the group’s businesses, with a focus on brand building, outreach to referrers and partners, campaign / event execution and tracking campaign ROI, to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, digitally savvy, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Group Marketing & Brand Management – Support the development and implementation of annual marketing plans; coordinate brand alignment across clinics, websites, social media, brochures and digital assets; plan and execute campaigns for key focus areas such as lung health, sleep, musculoskeletal rehab and corporate health; work with internal and external vendors to deliver marketing materials on time.
- Business Development & Partnerships – Identify and engage potential partners, including GPs, specialists, corporates, insurers and community organisations; coordinate GP and corporate outreach activities such as talks, webinars, clinic visits and newsletters; create corporate and insurance packages for the group’s services; maintain and update databases of referrers, corporate partners and key contacts.
- Digital Marketing & Content – Manage and update website content, social media posts and basic digital campaigns as assigned; draft and refine patient‑facing content, FAQ, EDM and educational materials; monitor digital performance and highlight insights to the team.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting – Conduct basic market and competitor scans; track and report on key marketing and business development metrics; prepare regular dashboards and management reports.
- Events & Collateral Management – Plan and coordinate events such as public forums, GP symposiums, health talks and corporate wellness activities; ensure brochures, posters and collaterals are current, accurate and on-brand; support logistics, registration and post‑event follow‑up for both physical and online activities.
- Internal Coordination – Work closely with clinic operations, finance and clinical leads to understand service priorities and patient needs; keep internal stakeholders informed of upcoming campaigns, events and partnerships.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or business development.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance or related service industries is an advantage.
- Comfortable working across multiple entities and brands in a growing organisation.
- Good understanding of both online and offline marketing tools and channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare clear presentations and reports.
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills with referrers, partners and colleagues.
- Hands‑on, organised, and able to work independently with a sense of ownership.
- Willing and able to support events / activities on weekends when required.
