Job summary

About Us

We are seeking an experienced and driven Country Manager to lead Compose Coffee’s operations in Singapore. As one of Korea’s fastest-growing coffee brands, this role holds end-to-end responsibility for business performance, operational excellence, and local market execution, working closely with regional stakeholders and HQ in Korea.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, commercially minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full P&L responsibility for Singapore, driving revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
  • Oversee multi-outlet operations to ensure consistent quality, service standards, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve sales performance, productivity, and unit economics.
  • Establish and refine SOPs, controls, and operating frameworks; analyse performance and drive corrective actions.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee payroll, scheduling, leave, MOM compliance, and staff welfare.
  • Build a strong management and leadership pipeline to support scale.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, gross margin, labour cost, COGS, and operating expenses.
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory planning, suppliers, logistics, and vendor negotiations.
  • Drive local marketing initiatives and ensure brand and customer experience standards.
  • Act as the main liaison with landlords, mall management, vendors, and HQ, providing regular P&L and performance updates.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years’ experience in multi-outlet F&B, retail, or hospitality.
  • Proven P&L and commercial management experience.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiar with Singapore regulations; regional or Korean/international brand exposure preferred.
  • Speaking Korean Language preferred.
