A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a disciplined Technician/Senior Technician to manage maintenance and repairs in their facilities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of building maintenance experience, capable of coordinating contractors, and ensuring service improvement. A Nitec/ITC qualification in Building Services is required, along with the ability to work overtime. This role focuses on enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a disciplined and dependable Technician/ Senior Technician to join the Facilities team. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will handle daily repair and maintenance, coordinate with contractors, respond to emergencies, and play a proactive role in preventing breakdowns, all while improving systems and enhancing service delivery. Your responsibilities are as follows:
