Job summary

A leading semiconductor firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Radio Software Engineer to drive the development of wireless software solutions for their innovative products. This role requires familiarity with 802.15.4 technology such as Zigbee or Thread, along with strong debugging skills to troubleshoot embedded applications. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of relevant experience and hold a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing new features, conducting code reviews, and ensuring optimal performance and power efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in wireless application development.
  • Extensive experience debugging software with sniffer tools.
  • Expertise in performance and power optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new wireless solutions.
  • Assist in customer development issue support.
  • Produce various types of tests and automate where beneficial.

Skills

802.15.4 technology experience (Zigbee or Thread)
Low-level software debugging (GDB, JTAG)
RF firmware analysis
