Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of strong experience in mobile phone repair.
• Knowledge of Singapore telco standards, including SIM card activation.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent service to internal & external users.
• Inspect and diagnose mobile phones to identify issues.
• Repair or replace damaged components and perform micro-soldering.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and costs.
• Test repaired devices to ensure functionality.
• Maintain logs of repairs performed and manage inventory.
