Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on Linux (RedHat) servers for multiple customers.
• Be available on a 24x7 standby basis with a duty phone.
• Provide technical support for complex system issues across multiple environments.
• Create and update documentation related to customer system configurations.

Skills

Proficient in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions

Understanding of networking fundamentals

Microsoft Windows Server knowledge

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
