A leading technology firm in Singapore is looking for an enthusiastic pre-sales consultant to handle online inquiries and qualify leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in customer service. Responsibilities include managing customer queries, documenting interactions in a CRM, and transferring qualified leads to the sales team. A monthly salary of SGD 5,000 to 6,000 is offered based on experience.

1.Handle online inquiries via the official website and Facebook, providing timely responses, qualifying leads, and conducting follow-up phone communication.

2.Verify customer authenticity and needs, digging deeper into the real business pain points and application scenarios behind their inquiries.

3.Address all pre-sales questions from customers regarding product selection, technical specifications, price ranges, software features, service processes, etc.

4.Accurately and concisely introduce the core value and solutions of the company's products or services based on customer needs.

5.Document all communication and customer information thoroughly and accurately, building clear customer profiles to support sales decision-making. Seamlessly transfer qualified A/B-level high-intent leads to the corresponding sales engineers along with complete background information to ensure smooth handover.

6.Spark customer interest and build initial trust. Use the CRM system to scientifically grade and tag leads (e.g., A-level—urgent/high intent, B-level—potential/needs follow-up, C-level—requires nurturing, D-level—invalid).

7.Develop nurturing plans for C-level medium- to long-term leads, maintaining engagement through regular updates such as industry news, success stories, and product materials to guide them toward maturity.

8.Collect and analyze common customer questions, frequent objections, and market trends from frontline interactions, providing regular feedback to marketing, product, and sales teams to support business decisions.

9.Participate in optimizing pre-sales scripts, knowledge base, and customer service processes to continuously improve conversion efficiency. Conduct customer visits.
