Job summary

A leading technology services firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Service Management Officer to oversee IT governance for a key client. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of IT experience, with expertise in stakeholder management, IT service and security management, including incident and compliance oversight. This role demands a proactive, self-motivated individual capable of managing project deliverables and fostering collaborative relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of IT project management experience.
• At least 5 years of IT experience.
• Certification in PMP or CITPM preferred.
• Possess good stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on SLA/KPI of systems to the client.
• Liaise directly with client stakeholders for project delivery.
• Lead incident investigations and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies.
• Track and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
