Procurement Assistant: Sourcing & Supply Chain Support
Job summary
A leading sealing technology firm based in Singapore seeks a Procurement Assistant to support the procurement team in sourcing and managing supplies. Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in a related field, strong organizational skills, and be proficient in MS Office. Previous experience in procurement is preferred.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in procurement or administrative role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
- Support contract administration and compliance with policies.
