Personal Care Officer
Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Personal Care Officer. This role involves planning and supervising the care of residents, developing and implementing well-being programs, and ensuring the maintenance of the facilities. Candidates should possess a relevant diploma and be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Training will be provided, making it an excellent opportunity for those passionate about care services.
Qualifications
- Diploma in psychology, social work, counselling or relevant field.
- Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends.
- Training provided.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise the care of residents.
- Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment.
Skills
Education
- Salary : $2,500 - $3,300
- Location: Buangkok
- Working hours: 5 days - 44 hours / week
- Rotating shift :8:30am - 6:30pm / 8am - 8pm (AM) / 8pm - 8am (PM)
- Plan and supervise the care of residents
- Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well‑being of residents
- Put up monthly interview records for residents
- Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises
- Diploma inpsychology , social work , counselling or relevant field
- Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends
