Résumé du poste
A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced manager to lead their M&E Department. The role requires a minimum of 20 years in the construction industry and a diploma in M&E Engineering, with responsibilities including team management and liaising with authorities on project processes. The successful candidate will need to have a Class 3 driving license and a willingness to work outside regular hours.
Qualifications
- 20 years of experience in the construction industry is required.
- Diploma in M&E Engineering as minimum educational qualification.
- Must have a Class 3 driving license for site visits.
Responsabilités
- Lead and manage a team in the M&E Department.
- Liaise with project teams to improve construction work processes.
- Prepare proposals and progress reports for authorities.
Connaissances
Formation
1. Lead, facilitate and mange a team of M & E Department.
2. Liaise with project teams to drive initiatives to improve construction work processes.
3. Liaise with authorities on incentives and productivity related issues under the guidance of Senior Manager.
4. Prepare proposals for submission to authorities
5. Prepare progress reports
6. Prepare & Submission of RFI/FCR.
7. Shop Drawing/Material Review & Submission.
8. Attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for project.
9. To work out cost estimation/ budgetary cost on electrical services
- Minimum 20 (Twenty) years experience in construction Industry.
- Minimum educational qualification is Diploma in M&E Engineering.
- Must have driving license Class 3 to site visit.
- Willing to work after regular duty hour.
- Must work on Saturday/Sunday or Public holiday due to workload.
