Working hours:

• Rotating shifts:
• 7:30am – 3:20pm
• 3:00pm – 11:20pm

Job scope:

• Drive sales performance and profitability for the assigned department
• Manage inventory, stock allocation, and replenishment based on sales trends and customer demand
• Ensure high standards of merchandising, housekeeping, and store presentation
• Supervise, coach, and train Retail Assistants/Cashiers to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain service excellence and operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• Diploma / GCE ‘A’ Level / Higher NITEC / GCE ‘O’ Level with minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience
• Independent, service-oriented, and a strong team player with leadership capabilities
• Hands-on approach with good communication skills
• Able to work 6 days per week, including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
