Ji Hotel Orchard Singapore is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of room attendants and public area cleaners

  • Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness, quality, and compliance with hotel standards

  • Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback

  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; coordinate with suppliers when necessary

  • Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to team members

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Working Hours:
  • 6 days per week with 1 rest day (6-day work week)
