Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor responsible for overseeing construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore, with BCSS and Work at Height certifications. The role involves daily meetings with subcontractors, ensuring site compliance with safety regulations, and keeping thorough records. Competitive salary offered of $2800 to $4000. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Singapore.
- Must have BCSS and Work at Height certificates.
Responsibilities
- Attend daily subcontractor meetings to discuss project targets.
- Check site progress and safety compliance.
- Ensure subcontractors' work aligns with approved drawings.
- Conduct daily inspections to address comments from senior staff.
- Keep records of inspections for future reference.
- Encourage respect and consultation among workers and subcontractors.
- Strive for efficient approvals and follow BCA good practices.
- Assist in Environmental Health Safety programs.
- Self-upgrade through training and cost-saving studies.
- Guide new site supervisors for seamless integration.
