Job summary
A leading restaurant is seeking enthusiastic team members to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic dining environment. Candidates should have a friendly demeanor, an understanding of restaurant operations, and be willing to work night shifts including weekends. Experience in the food and beverage sector is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Provide high quality service and excellent dining experience.
- Ensure smooth running of restaurant operations.
- Gather customer feedback and maintain equipment standards.
Skills
1. Excellent Communicator with pleasant charisma. Provide a high quality of service and deliver excellent dining experience to all customers.
2. Ensure good customer experience, satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
3. Building rapport with customers to gather food and service feedback from both existing and new ones.
4. Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant operations in line with the company’s business objectives.
5. To ensure that all equipment and in-store facilities conform to sanitary regulations ensuring strict compliance with MOH’s legislation and company policies and procedures.
6. Good knowledge of all menus. Up-selling of our products and being able to recommend items when asked by customers.
7. Able to work efficiently in a team and respond cooperatively to the requirements of other team members.
8. Perform other administrative duties as necessary.
Job Requirements:

3. COFFEE SHOP ENVIRONMENT
4. NIGHT SHIFT
5. Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
6. Staff Meal will be provided.
