Job Summary: We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong design skills (Adobe, Figma), and a sharp eye for quality and brand alignment. You'll manage projects, guide creatives, communicate with clients, and deliver high-impact design solutions quickly and efficiently. Agency experience and copywriting skills are a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
2. Oversee the creative process from concept to delivery, maintaining brand consistency and elevated design standards.
3. Collaborate with clients and internal teams, participating in and sometimes leading client-facing discussions.
4. Organize workflows, delegate tasks, and track project progress for efficient execution.
5. Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders through written, verbal, and visual channels.
6. Contribute to copywriting and content development to support messaging and design cohesion.
7. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related software.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of designers.
• Excellent English communication skills (written, spoken, and visual).
• Background in marketing or advertising, preferably within a creative agency.
• Basic copywriting skills for content creation, messaging, and reviewing design-related text.
• Motivated, solution-oriented leadership mindset.
