Job summary
A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead site works and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with project management, address worksite challenges, and oversee contractor adherence to safety standards. This role requires significant experience in the industry and relevant safety certifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction or roofing industry.
- Possess BSCC and Lifting Supervisor certificates.
- Able to communicate in English and liaise with customers and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate site works.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations for all works.
- Resolve worksite issues effectively to keep progress on track.
Skills
Education
· To lead, supervise, and coordinate site works.
· Work closely with Project Manager to ensure contracted works meet all requirements and targeted dates.
· Resolve worksite issue quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on track.
· Ensure all works, workers and contractors adhere to all safety regulations.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years experience in construction or roofing industry.
· Possess Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BSCC) certificate.
· Certificate in Lifting Supervisor.
· Able to communicate in English（Chinese） and liaise with customers and main contractors.
