The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures the highest standards of cleanliness in rooms, corridors, and public areas, providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high cleaning standards on assigned floors and guestrooms.
  • Coordinate with the front desk to ensure accurate room status.
  • Respect guest privacy, especially regarding DND statuses.
  • Supervise turndown service and regularly inspect guest floors and public areas.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Follow lost and found procedures and keep floors and linen rooms tidy.
  • Monitor productivity and grooming of team members.
  • Assist in training and developing team members.
  • Address guest comments and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Complete reports timely and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of guestroom experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operations, Microsoft Office, Opera, and OnQ systems.
  • Ability to listen actively and build good team relationships.
