Aufgaben
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for hardware, tools, and machinery.
Develop and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Analyze market trends and pricing to achieve cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Review and approve purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for restocking.
Ensure imported equipment and tools meet quality and safety standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base (B2B, contractors, distributors, retail clients).
Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and proposals for customers.
Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to stay competitive.
Oversee product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Manage a sales team to achieve performance goals and provide training where needed.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth product delivery.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance availability and cost efficiency.
Monitor slow-moving items and recommend promotional or clearance strategies.
Ensure product catalog accuracy and assist in digital/online product listings.
