A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to join their Customer Service team. The candidate must possess strong customer focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. This role involves processing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction. An adeptness with Oracle and MRP systems is essential for this fast-paced environment.
We are currently seeking a detail oriented individual to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will have strong customer focus and ability to process significant amounts of data on a daily basis. Our new team member must have excellent written and spoken communication skills. The ideal person will have an approachable personality, collaborate easily with peers and have a natural interest in going above and beyond.
As part of the team, you will work with 4-5 customer service representatives to process all orders and client requests received on a daily basis. You will serve as the main point of contact for our outside sales reps and clients for order related inquiries. In this role, you will be required to have a working knowledge of our products. To be successful in this position you must be comfortable with multi‑tasking in a fast paced environment.
