Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Representative to engage potential customers and promote cooling solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a motivated, persuasive approach. Responsibilities include conducting outreach activities and maintaining customer relationships. This role may require on-site work, offering a dynamic environment for achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales.
- Proven experience in customer engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers to introduce and explain cooling solutions.
- Drive sales conversions through communication and relationship-building.
- Conduct on-site visits and outreach activities.
Skills
Working Location: Main office at Tengah Building Service Centre near to Tengah Community Centre, standby to work at Toa Payoh HDB Hub if necessary
Working hours:
08.30am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday), 10.00am – 5.00pm (full day Sunday) (Saturday off, 0.5day off in lieu the following week) (Subject to the scheduled arranged by company)
- Proactively engage potential customers to introduce and explain the benefits of our cooling solutions.
- Drive sales conversions through persuasive communication and relationship-building.
- Conduct on-site visits, roadshows, and outreach activities to attract and convert leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales transactions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales
- Proven experience in sales or customer engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
- Self-motivated, aggressive in achieving targets, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work on-site and engage customers directly.
