Job description

We are looking for motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing family. You will be working closely with your associates to promote a wide range of Zen Beauty’s treatment packages and services to our clients. You will also need to exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Act as a subject matter expert on beauty services, procedures and technology and stay up to date on developments in the beauty industry.
• Have knowledge on Head Spa, Nails, Eyebrow, Hair, Foot/Body Massage or Facial is a bonus
• Engage and establish relationships with prospects from the daily-assigned pool of leads.
• Identify the needs of prospects and extend professional beauty advice and solutions to them.
• Conduct sales pitch to prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards of service.
• Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor and the Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 year of beauty sales experience.
• With other Beauty experience will be an advantage
• Friendly, proactive and self-motivated.
