As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing programs that elevate customer satisfaction, expand retail channels, and optimize digital engagement.
What you'll do:
Visitor Experience & Program Management:
Design premium agritourism experiences, from farm tours to harvesting events.
Develop a responsive feedback system and lead service excellence workshops.
Implement a tiered loyalty program with seasonal rewards.
Retail & Sales Development:
Establish B2B and B2C sales channels, including farm stands, pop-ups, and wholesale partnerships.
Negotiate agreements with local retailers and manage consignment sales.
E-Commerce & Digital Growth:
Optimize our online store’s UX/UI to boost conversions and reduce cart abandonment.
Launch targeted digital campaigns and automate CRM workflows for better customer retention.
Community Engagement & Education:
Produce engaging content for social media and develop user-generated campaigns.
Create educational programs, including corporate team-building packages and STEM-focused farm activities.
Who we are looking for:
Proven experience in customer success, retail sales, or digital marketing, but if you're someone without experience looking to break into these fields, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn just as much
