Job summary
A global supplier of specialty chemicals is seeking an Accounts Officer in Singapore. The position entails maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and GST reporting. Candidates should have relevant qualifications such as LCCI Higher or ACCA Level 2, and at least 3 years of experience. This role works Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:45pm with a salary of $3000 - $3500.

Working location: Gul Circle (Company Transport provided at Pioneer / Joo Koon)
Salary: $3000 - $3500

- Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
- Establish, maintain and reconcile AP, AR and Inter-co balances
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Prepare Income Statements and Statement of Financial Position
- Establish and maintain cash disbursement and controls
- Prepare monthly reports and perform variance analysis
- Responsible for GST reporting
- Assist with preparation of budget
- Maintain financial files and records and computerized accounting system
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirement
- LCCI Higher / CAT / ACCA Level 2
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing environment an advantage
