Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a sales team, manage key customer accounts, and enhance market presence in the paper industry. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Marketing or International Trade and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a managerial role. Sales Manager

  • Monday- Friday :8.30am- 5.30pm
  • Salary: Basic $4500 -$5000 + $800 car allowance +Commission
  • Working Location:Lentor

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team, set performance goals, and monitor progress to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • the development and maintenance of key customer accounts and participate in major negotiations and contract signings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing product and market improvement recommendations.
  • Coordinate internal resources (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Review customer quotations, sales contracts, and accounts receivable, controlling sales costs and risks.
  • Organize sales training to enhance team product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Analyze sales data and performance reports to support management decision-making.
  • Participate in brand promotion and marketing activities to enhance the company’s visibility within the paper industry.
  • Perform other duties assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements
