Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer to be located in Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying customer needs, generating revenue, and maintaining customer relationships for high horse power (320 KVA - 2020 KVA) Genset business. The Sales Manager will also lead a team of sales representatives and train them to achieve sales targets.
Candidate should have a background in sales, business development, or marketing with 5-10 years of work experience in the power industry. Ability to pursue multiple stakeholders in collaboration with internal teams is essential.
