Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any outstanding issues efficiently.

• Provide sales support to grow accounts and secure new business opportunities.

• Oversee daily sales operations, including handling drawings, sourcing, preparing quotations, following up on orders, and managing sample submissions.

• Assist and mentor the Sales Coordinator to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Ensure all orders align with quotations and are delivered on time.

• Participate in sales meetings to update management on market trends and quality concerns.

• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.

• Review monthly sales forecasts and update sales performance and KPI reports.
