Job summary

A leading automation solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to develop expertise in automation products and drive business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant engineering field and a minimum of one year of sales experience. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting customer meetings, and managing client relationships. This full-time role offers a base salary up to $3000 plus allowances and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience.
• Possess valid Singapore driving license is an added advantage.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.

• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for customers.
• Conduct sales visits and presentations.
• Identify and acquire new customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including lead follow-ups.

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm

Monthly Salary: Base up to $3000 + Allowance + Commission + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibilities

• Develop strong knowledge of automation product lines and their applications
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tailored solution recommendations for customers
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and customer meetings to drive business opportunities
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Deliver technical demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and support customer needs
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead follow‐ups, order processing, and delivery coordination

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Industrial or related Engineering fields
• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively
• Possess valid Singapore driving license is an added advantage
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
