Job summary
A leading maritime company in Singapore is seeking a qualified HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental policies across fabrication facilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, combining strong leadership and project coordination skills. Responsibilities include implementing HSE management plans and fostering a safety-first culture. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in HSE and proficiency in computer skills. Willingness to work full-time in Batam, Indonesia is necessary.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar HSE role.
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols.
- Proficient in assessing project-specific HSE requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies across fabrication facilities.
- Drive the HSE Management Plan implementation for projects.
- Engage with Production and Operations for effective HSE integration.
